This symposium will unravel the mystery of the many different bacteria present in our gut, the fiber sources used as fuel, and their health impact, and then demonstrate how industry is translating the scientific literature into products. Four experts from the field will dispel your confusion.
The Research Dietary Practice Group (DPG) is holding an exciting, educational symposium in Chicago on October 21, noon to 3 pm Central Time, the Saturday FNCE starts. Anyone is welcome to attend, and they do not have be registered for FNCE, but they do have to register to participate in the symposium.
