Please join us for the upcoming NCI-sponsored “Stars in Nutrition and Cancer” lecture, The Innate Immune Response to Natural Products and to Eustress, on Monday, November 13th from 2:00-3:00 PM at the Lipsett Amphitheater, Building 10, NIH Main Campus, in Bethesda, MD.

The lecture will be given by Michael A. Caligiuri, MD, Director of the Comprehensive Cancer Center, CEO of the James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute, Professor of the College of Medicine, The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio.

After the meeting, attendees will be able to:

• Understand normal natural killer (NK) cell subsets and their functions
• Assess the mechanism of the NK response to select natural products
• Understand the anti-cancer immune effect of eustress

The event is free and open to the public.  Registration is NOT required.  The event is pre-approved by CDR for 1 credit for RDNs.
