• Theresa Stahl – Mindful Eating and Beyond: Incorporating Mind-body Medicine in Your Personal and Professional Life: This session will focus on key evidence-based research about mindful eating and mind-body medicine. RDNs are uniquely qualified to teach mindful eating, an important mind-body medicine skill that contributes to health, well-being, and prevention and management of chronic diseases including obesity, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia.
